RESTAURANT – BOUTIQUE
As a new concept, LORCA EDEL KITSCH offers a degustation menu which includes a variety of elaborate gourmet dishes, each paired with a wine specially selected to help establish a perfect balance among the dishes and create a flavor explosion that will make you enjoy the match.
As this is a special dining experience that requires elaborate preparation, reservations must be made at least 24 hour in advance. |

STEP ONE.
All persons will be welcomed and ushered into the SALON ROJO, a fusion between American baroque and classic English tea room styles, decorated with appliqués, French 18th century mirrors and art pieces that guests can examine. Guests will enjoy our aperitifs withChampagne or Amaretto, as they wait for the less punctual members of their party to arrive and at this time, you will be informed about the dining experience that awaits you.
If you prefer our CAVIAR and VODKA aperitif, which is optional, you must request it when you book your reservation. |

STEP TWO.
Dinner will be served in the, classic, simple and elegant SALÓN VERDE. Fresh flowers, candlelight and small details evoke the ceremonial banquets of the 19th century. Our Chef will offer a choice of three entrees (fish, cheese, or lean meat), selected in accordance with the season of the year. Our Sommelier will serve two different white wines to match and enhance the entree.
Afterwards a lemon sorbet will be offered to clean and refresh the palate. |

STEP THREE.
In this step, a total of three main courses will be served together with two red wines, being the first one, younger and simple to heighten the taste of the meats or seafood served. The last dish, normally the highlight of the meal, will be either, pork, lamb or lobster, depending on the season. It will come with a blended garnish of complex and well accomplished flavors. A great wine, rich in aroma and texture, and aged, will be served at the end of dinner.
STEP FOUR.
Time for dessert. Three miniature sweets and their combinations of chocolate, liqueurs, fresh fruits, fine herbs, pepper and other spices will bring much surprise and awe to the table. Champagne is also available for this step. |

STEP FIVE.
It’s back to the SALON ROJO where you will be offered a choice from a variety of coffees, teas and liqueurs. Smoking is allowed in this area. Different flavored tobaccos are available if you wish to smoke in our collection of hookahs or narghile water pipes. |

SALÓN DE LOS ELEFANTES.
This lounge is designated for larger groups (from eight to twenty persons) that prefer a more private atmosphere. |
